What problems is Belitsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

More and more third parties are wanting to link up with Open Bank APIs worldwide. But many banks still don't follow API implementation standards, or don’t have good support to troubleshoot interactions with their APIs. As a result, it took a lot of efforts to integrate another bank with our solution.

To speed up such further integrations Belitsoft's team created an intermediary layer - a Gateway API. This will help us add external banks' APIs faster and more cost-effectively.

Our client, a US-based healthtech company, needed to update its current system (healthcare CRM) to accommodate its quickly expanding customer base, new features( i.e. advanced analytics, BI). The outdated systems couldn't keep up with growth demands because they lacked scalability, security, and performance.

The company used to depend on desktop-based and on-premise software for its operations and development. To tackle the distinctive challenges of the healthcare industry and build a resilient, secure product, our client decided to move it to the Cloud and chose AWS's cloud-native development approach.

Our main objective was to initiate a new service with minimal resources in the shortest time possible and to reduce long-term app maintenance costs.

What do you like best about Belitsoft?

The flexibility and accuracy of their estimates. They provide clear estimates and provide ongoing support to meet these estimates and keep the projects on track and on budget. We work with a lot of startups and budget is always the first piece we need to pay attention to and build software based around those budgets. Alex and Belitsoft do a great job of this.

Due to our rebranding, business growth and expansion to new markets, we need extra resources for our enterprise websites ongoing maintenance.

Belitsoft has built for us a permanent team of a Project Manager, a DevOps, and a PHP/Laravel software engineer that carries out different tasks regarding our websites maintenance. If needed, they dedicate to our project additional developers, a Designer, and a QA engineer.

Scope of work:

- Development work on new functionality features agreed upon in advance with our company using the backlog;

- Testing (Quality Assurance);

- Bug fixing;

- Project Management.

Tasks:

1) Migration of all websites (due to the rebranding of the company).

2) Development of new websites on an existing template; troubleshooting; DNS record administration; security improvements; legal compliance (GDPR).

3) Redesign - development and partial implementation of a new design.

4) Performing regular maintenance tasks and assisting with the development of new functionality features.
